Draught Works, established in 2011, is located in Missoula, MT.

We are hiring a part-time Social Media & Graphics Coordniator to join our award-winning team. 

 Draught Works currently distributes draught beer and cans across the state of Montana. Draught Works is a single-location production site with a successful taproom and was awarded the 2014 Very Small Brewery of the Year at GABF.

Part-Time Social Media & Graphics Coordinator Position Summary:

Do you have a knack for crafting engaging social media content, an eye for design, and a love for craft beer? Draught Works Brewery is hiring for a Part-Time Social Media & Graphics Coordinator to help us keep our graphics looking fresh, and our online presence buzzing.

Location: Draught Works Brewery – Missoula, MT
Hours: Part-Time (20-25/hrs Weekly) – With potential for growth DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation, Copy Writing, & Social Media Management:
  • Work with the management team to plan, create, and schedule social media posts and campaigns that promote our events, beer launches, and community initiatives while aligning with our fun, witty, and community-driven brand voice.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for social media use, showcasing our beer, taproom, events, and brewery culture.
  • Engage with our followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Develop engaging newsletters (weekly) and occasional blog posts.
• Light Website Updates & Graphic Design Work
  • Design simple, eye-catching social media graphics, posters, and other promotional materials as needed.
  • Update/modify existing designs for menu signs, tap handles, and other in-house marketing materials.
  • Proactively maintain the Draught Works website, ensuring it remains current, informative, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management. (Instagram & Facebook, however experience with TikTok, Threads, Twitter/X, Bluesky, or Google is a plus!)
• Creativity and basic graphic design skills using Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express (and/or Canva).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in copywriting and storytelling is helpful. 
• Candidates must be organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for craft beer and community engagement. Basic knowledge and understanding of beer styles/flavor profiles is a plus!
