This straw colored, light bodied ale is brewed using light barley malt, flaked barley, and flaked corn. The malty sweetness tops the hop flavor, aroma, and bitterness. This ale is brewed with an ale yeast strain and then allowed to lager at cold temperatures creating a clean, crisp, refreshing beer. This is one easy drinking beer . . . at least That’s What She Said.
