Where the Mild Things Are English Mild

Be Still! Stare into the caramel colored pint without blinking and make this beer the king of all mild things.  We mashed its malted grains, boiled its sweet wort, and tossed in it’s toasted hazelnuts.  This mild brew has the low alcohol and hop character typical of the English Mild style. It finishes dry but the malts contribute notes of molasses and caramel to compliment the subtle hazelnut flavor.  The hazelnuts sailed in through night and day and in and out of weeks and almost over a year (from Oregon) to where the mild things are. The smooth, mild, and nutty flavors are the perfect pairing for the cooling weather.  And now, let the mild rumpus start!
